Umm. Probably due to the increase in two things: less "internet-savvy" (i.e. your Mom) people using Facebook and the obsolescence of the URL. I myself often type in a description of what I want if I can't remember the URL and through the magic of Google, Mozilla, and/or UMass DNS generally get take right to the page I want.
