ClickToFlash
I can't believe it took me this long to stumble across this flash-blocker plugin for Safari - ClickToFlash. I used ScriptBlock in Firefox all the time, but never bothered to replace it in Safari because it's a faster, stabler browser to begin with, but I'm so excited to use it now.
